(Nvidia Optimus is one of the greater improvements and advancements coming from Nvidia's renowned graphic switch technology.) You can play your video games with the GT 520M then when your on some down time and talking to your friends on Facebook, the Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 takes over.
